1. Acceptance
By accessing NEW, you agree to these terms. Do not use the platform if you do not accept them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto services in your location.
3. Non-custodial service
NEW provides an interface to third-party blockchain protocols. We do not control your wallet, hold your assets or know your private keys.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet security, transaction review, token information, legal compliance, taxes and all activity performed using your wallet.
5. Fees
Network, protocol and platform-related fees may apply. Fees shown by your wallet should be reviewed before signing.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not use NEW for fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, impersonation, unlawful fundraising, malicious tokens or infringement of another person's rights.
7. No guarantees
We do not guarantee availability, security, token value, liquidity, profitability, graduation or compatibility with third-party services.
8. Suspension
Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or prevent misuse.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEW is not liable for losses caused by market movements, user error, wallet compromise, blockchain activity or third-party services.
